Una llamada de la historia · nuevo
Late autumn, 1652
The Potala Palace, Lhasa, Tibet
“You must decide whether to fully accept the Qing emperor’s invitation and seek his support, or to rely mainly on our Mongol allies who helped unite Tibet under my rule. Each choice may shape Tibet’s independence and security. The Qing are powerful but distant, while the Mongols are close but their power is changing.”
Should I place my trust in the Qing emperor or keep my main alliance with the Mongols?

Rule History has no Tibetan ruler, so play Akbar, who ruled India in the same era and talked with teachers of many faiths. Let students take turns ruling. Then compare: how did the Dalai Lamas join religious and political power, and how did Akbar?
