Un appel de l’histoire · nouveau
The night before the Battle of Bannockburn
Near Bannockburn, south of Stirling, Scotland
“You must decide whether to stand and fight the English at Bannockburn, even though they outnumber us, or to withdraw and avoid a major battle. If you fight and lose, Scotland may fall. If you retreat, you risk losing the trust of my supporters and the chance to relieve Stirling Castle.”
Should I lead my army into battle at Bannockburn or avoid the fight?
